ta99 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Ta99 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. The terms and conditions set out in this document constitute a legally binding agreement between ta99 and its users.

By accessing ta99's website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — or by registering or using our services — you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions
• Online betting or gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and not subject to any applicable restrictions
• You have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail.

To register an account with ta99, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Users are solely responsible for all details submitted at the time of registration.

Each individual may open one account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity or from the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Ta99 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. The following documents may be requested:

• Photo of national ID card or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Ta99 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or limit access to certain services until KYC verification is complete.

Deposits and withdrawals on ta99 are fully secure and processed transparently. Multiple payment methods are supported, including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 300
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Payment methods must be registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• No processing fee on withdrawals

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses apply to one person, one account, and one IP address only
• Welcome bonuses generally require a wagering requirement of 30x–40x
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting
• Bonus validity period is typically 7–30 days
• Bonus use may be restricted on certain games or betting markets

Ta99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time without prior notice. If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All ta99 betting markets operate in accordance with international standards. Game and betting outcomes are completely impartial.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Bets cannot generally be changed once accepted
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes for the relevant bets are refunded
• Bets placed with incorrect scorer/performer information may be voided.
• Ta99 reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from an obvious programming or data error

Casino and Slots Game Rules:

• All casino games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator)
• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the game page
• Ta99 reserves the right to review any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games is prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ta99 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using ta99 for the purpose of laundering illicit funds
• Fraud: Using false information, a stolen identity, or another person's payment method
• System Manipulation: Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider information or assisting others in doing so
• Underage Gaming: Opening or assisting in opening an account for anyone under 18
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback after making a deposit

Ta99 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly.

Users may close their account at any time. Requests for self-exclusion or permanent closure can be submitted through our support team.

Ta99 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions
• If evidence of registration with false information is found
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• By order of the regulatory authority

If a balance remains in the account at the time of closure and there is no breach of the rules, that balance will be returned once verification is complete.

Dispute resolution steps:

• Step 1: Contact the support team via live chat or email with full details
• Step 2: You will receive an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: A decision on complex matters will be provided within 7 business days
• Step 4: If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent arbitration board

Ta99's decision in dispute resolution is final and binding, unless overturned by independent arbitration.

Ta99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of ta99 after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not accept the updated terms, you have the right to request account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to you.
